and finding that point where you are no longer relaxed but starting to strain. Personally I have found the idea of body sensing in Chi Running very helpful indeed. I have a list of bits to work on throughout my training. I also notice for certain (this is very clear on video analysis) that my technique is fine at lower speeds, but drops off at faster paced running. So I’d totally agree with Marc on that point of view as well.
So that’s yet another article saying we don’t pay enough attention to our technique. Yes! It’s another advert for sorting out your technique first before you work on speed.
