But watching my shadow was actually quite helpful. Interestingly, even though the primary focus of my running was almost entirely about form, my speed and split times were actually quite decent for the terrain. I’m beginning to find more and more that Chi running is benefitting me considerably. It might be years worth of work, but surely it’s worth it in the end if the results is effortless, injury free running!
Just a bit of fun really. If you’re out on your own in the sunshine, try getting some feedback from your shadow. How is your posture? Stride length? Let me know if this is a mad idea or not!
